Privacy notice

Last reviewed 7 November 2026

This notice explains what happens to information about you when you read this website or write to us. The short version: reading the site tells us almost nothing about you, and we keep what you send us only as long as we need it to answer.

Who is responsible

The controller is Healthlab Seikotsu, the tour office of Healthlab Seikotsu Hotel in Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic; its address and telephone are below. Write to [email protected] about anything in this notice.

What we collect when you simply read

This website takes no money and has no user accounts. When you read it, our web server records the technical details that every server records: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the name of your browser. These logs are used only to keep the site working and safe and are deleted after 30 days.

Your browser also stores up to three items in its local storage, set by this site and read only by this site:

KeyWhat it holdsHow long
healthlab_age_okyes, once you confirm on the front page that you are 18 or olderuntil you clear your browser storage
healthlab_consentgranted or denied, your answer to the cookie baruntil you clear it or change your choice
healthlab_requestsa copy of each tour request you send from this browser, so the confirmation page can show it and you can change the time of the calluntil you clear your browser storage

The first two items do not identify you. The third holds what you typed into the request form and stays on your device.

What the request form collects

When you send the request form, the office receives the protocol, the month and the number of travellers you chose, your name, email address and telephone number, the time window and time zone for our call, and any wishes you write in. A manager uses them to call you, confirm the final price and prepare a written offer. Nothing is charged through the form.

What we collect when you write or call

If you email or telephone the office, we receive what you choose to tell us: usually your name, your contact details, the dates and the protocol you are interested in, and sometimes something about your health or mobility that you want us to plan around. We use this only to answer you and, if you travel with us, to arrange the trip.

Requests and messages that do not lead to a trip are deleted after twelve months. If you travel, we keep the records of the trip for as long as Czech accounting and travel law require, which is usually ten years for invoices.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising measurement run only after you accept them on the cookie bar. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps all four signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) set to denied. The details are on the cookies page.

Legal bases

  • Answering your request or questions and arranging a trip: steps at your request before a contract, and the contract itself (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Server logs: our legitimate interest in a working and secure site (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and advertising: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Information about your health that you choose to give us: your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)).

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider stores the server and its logs. If you travel, the hotels, transport companies and local guides of your protocol receive the names and details they need. We do not sell information to anyone, and we do not share it for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Important changes are also mentioned on the front page for a month.

Play happens in one room of Healthlab Seikotsu Hotel and nowhere else. This website takes no bets, keeps no accounts and moves no money.
