No gaming on this website
Nothing on this site lets you play, place a bet or open an account, and no money is taken through it. The room where play happens exists only inside the hotel building, and only adults who show a valid document at its door may enter it.
Prices, requests and accuracy
Prices on the protocol pages are indicative starting figures per person. Sending the request form asks a manager to call you; it does not reserve a place. The final price and the conditions are confirmed in a written offer, as the booking terms describe.
We take care that the routes, hours and descriptions are correct on the date shown at the top of each page, but timetables, opening hours and local rules change.

On the premises
Guests of the hotel are asked to respect the house rules posted at the reception desk, including the quiet hours of the pool hall and the age rules of the gallery room. Staff may refuse entry to anyone who does not keep to them.

Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by a temporary fault of the website or by relying on information that has since changed, except where Czech law does not allow such a limitation.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes go to the competent Czech courts. Consumers may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court resolution.
